Community Guidelines

The ERPRev Community of Practice is a space for 30,000+ SME businesses to connect, learn, and grow together. These guidelines ensure it stays valuable, respectful, and trustworthy for everyone.

Core Principles

Be Respectful

Treat every member with courtesy. We serve 30,000+ businesses across diverse industries and cultures — from Dubai retail stores to Lagos manufacturing plants. Respect different perspectives and experience levels.

💬

Share Real Knowledge

Post from genuine experience with ERPRev and ProMax. Share actual workflows, configurations, and results. Do not post promotional content, spam, or misleading information.

📖

Contribute Constructively

When answering questions, be specific and actionable. Reference actual ERPRev modules, ProMax features, or official documentation. Mark accepted answers to help others.

🤝

Help Each Other

This community works because members help each other. If you know the answer, share it. If you solved a problem, post about it. Your experience saves someone else hours of frustration.

Community Rules

1

No Spam or Self-Promotion

Do not post unsolicited advertisements, affiliate links (outside the Affiliate Program), or promotional content disguised as discussions.

2

No Misleading Content

All advice must be accurate to your genuine experience. Do not exaggerate results, fabricate metrics, or misrepresent ERPRev/ProMax capabilities.

3

No Harassment

Personal attacks, discriminatory language, threats, or bullying of any kind will result in immediate suspension.

4

No Confidential Data

Do not post customer personal data, financial details, passwords, API keys, or any confidential business information in public discussions.

5

Use Correct Categories

Post in the appropriate forum category. Miscategorized posts may be moved by moderators.

6

Search Before Posting

Check if your question has already been answered. Use the search function to find existing discussions.

7

One Topic Per Post

Keep each discussion focused on a single topic or question. Multi-topic posts are harder to answer.
